Arrived around 2 PM on 1/18/18 and our room 617 was ready by 3 PM. We noticed one of two elevators were not working as we headed upstairs. The bathroom door did not close due to the missing latch, but that was the least of our problems. It was dinner time, we decided to head out. At this time we noticed the second elevator was out of order and we had to walk down 6 flights of stairs. When we returned, we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs due to both elevates still not working at that time. It was bedtime and I noticed one roach crawling up the wall near the bed. Decided to call downstairs and the telephone was not working. No way I was walking down 6 flights of stairs again. As the sunrised, I decided to open the curtains. To my surprise another roach on the windowsill and when I turned around, I saw another one crawling up the wall near the TV which I decided to videotape at that time. It was not the same roach because I've killed the first to. Finally, one elevator working as we exhibit. I spoke to Jaun the manager and he told me he will contact Booked.net by 9 AM and will get back to me. We confirm my phone number but I have yet to hear from him.

Free shuttle and location to airport.

Roaches in room 617 and both elevators where out of order on 6/18/18. Had to walk up and down the stairs for dinner.
